Appraiser�s Web Services, Inc (AWS) was founded in 2002 in Chicago, Illinois, with one goal in mind to simplify the day do day appraiser activities and allowing for more time to work on revenue generating business rather then administrative tasks. This is what we believe we accomplished with the Appraisal Management Office Suite (AMOS).

The design of the software now in its second major version has been build by appraisers for appraisers through the work of a core management team with over 30 years of Software and IT experience.
